"Leaving the town of Millwick 500 gold richer, with new allies, and a clear conscience the party heads off along the southern trade road towards the city of Lodestone. Three days into their journey, they are intercepted by four apparently biomechanical constructs - ancient beings knows as Solicitors according to the equally ancient lich Rhadamanthys. Horrific to look upon, though not traditionally aggressive, they wordlessly offer to take the 'chosen' to the 'Pit of the God'. Deciding on a risky gambit, the party decides to go with them - the strange beings conveying them unknowingly into a trap. Teleported into an internment camp and mining outpost far into the northern defilement, the party is left bereft of tools and magic in the face of this unexpected entrapment."
