Dennis Rizzo, author of Parallel Communities: The Underground Railroad in South Jersey, will talk about the history of local African-American communities and sign copies of his book, which will be for sale. Dennis Rizzo has been active in historical and community building efforts, working for the state of New Jersey as a planner and manager.
