Program: Domestic Violence Awareness for You and Your Teen
Day, Date & Time: Mon., Oct. 6, 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
Registration: Begins Sep. 22
Social workers from Providence House, one of Burlington County's emergency women's shelters, will lead this workshop on recognizing the warning signs of domestic violence, surviving and escaping a violent relationship, and how to avoid getting into an abusive relationship from the start. Teens and their parents are invited to attend this important workshop.

Day, Date & Time: Mon., Oct. 27, 6:30 p.m.
Registration: Begins Oct. 13
Sheryl Dorsey, CPA and author, will lead this informative workshop for teens and their parents, teaching the fundamental rules of personal finance, such as saving for a car, saving for/financing college, managing a checking or saving account, investing, and how to stay of out of credit card debt. Light refreshments will be served.

Grades: 7-12
Registration: Not required
Take a game break this Monday! Come to the Young Adult Room and kick back with a game of cards, a board game or jump on the Wii and test your gaming skills. All teens are welcome to drop in and get your game on!
Program: Newbery Book Club

Grades: 6-8
Registration: Ongoing
Discuss the latest and coolest books for young teens over refreshments. Participants receive books free every month. Students in Willingboro public schools receive extra credit for attending!
Program: High School Book Club
Day, Date & Time: Mon., Oct. 6, 3 p.m.
Grades: 9-12
Registration: Not required
Read any good books lately? Get together with friends and talk about the current great reads! A new and exciting book is discussed each month. Copies of the book are provided to club members. Light refreshments will be served. This program will be held in Willingboro High School's MVP Room. All area high school students are welcome to attend.
Program: Library Lock-In

Grades: 7-12
Registration: Begins Sept. 27
Teens, celebrate Teen Read Week with an overnight party at the library! Join your friends to watch movies, play games, and have a great time while the library is closed! Registration is limited to 25 teens, so sign up early!
Program: Mischief Night Horror Movie

Grades 7-12
Registration: Not required
Get in the Halloween spirit with a great horror movie at the library! Are you brave enough to sit in the dark for a frighteningly hair-raising tale? Movie snacks will be served.
