Cooking in the Cafe with Maria Liberati
Maria Liberati is a former international model whose family owned a vineyard and bakery in the mountains of central Italy. She received her formal culinary training there, developing cooking programs at Italian vineyards and organic farms. Ms. Liberati now runs her own cooking school in the Umbria region. She has been featured in such publications as Healthy Cooking and Cooking Light. "My approach to food and cooking is savvy and simplistic," she says. "I call it a healthy, ‘shabby chic' style."
