Cooking in the Cafe: Chef Tim O'Toole
Jazz up your summer cooking at Willingboro Public Library on Tues., June 10 at 7 p.m. Sous chef Tim O'Toole of the Radisson Plaza Warwick Hotel will demonstrate cooking techniques in a free program open to the public. Sous Chef Tim O'Toole is a 1993 graduate from the Restaurant School, Philadelphia's renowned culinary institution, and did an apprenticeship under Chef William of the famed Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee. For fifteen years he's been a key employee of the Radisson Plaza Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia where he attends to weddings, bar mitzvahs, and other high-end social events.
