Black History Month Gala

universaldancedrumCelebrate Black History Month with a gala family program featuring the Universal Dance and Drum Ensemble and more at Willingboro Public Library on Sat., Feb. 3 at 2 p.m., co-sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta sorority, Zeta Delta Zeta Chapter. This program for all ages is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Refreshments will be provided by the Willingboro Education Assn. Pride Committee. Based in Camden, the Universal Dance and Drum Ensemble was founded in 1984 by Robert and Wanda Dickerson. Its troupe of volunteer musicians and dancers features adults and children from New Jersey and Pennsylvania, many of whom hail from African countries.
