"Sojourner Truth, ‘Ain't I a Woman?'" will be presented as a one-woman show at Willingboro Public Library on Sat., Jan. 31 at 2 p.m. Featuring Daisy Nelson Century of the American Historical Theatre, the presentation will bring to life the abolitionist and feminist Isabella Baumfree, who called herself Sojourner Truth. Free and open to the public, this family program requires no registration. The show is offered through the Horizon Speakers Bureau of the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, a state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Actress Daisy Nelson Century has appeared in the films Beloved and The Sixth Sense, as well as on stage at Bushfire Theater. Educated at South Carolina State University, Century has also worked as a model and science teacher. She currently interprets several characters for the Philadelphia-based American Historical Theatre.
