Children’s Programs
Bust a Move Tiny Tots!
Wed., Apr. 5, 10:30 am. Parents bring your toddlers ages 18 months to 4 years to the library and enjoy singing songs, playing small rhythm instruments, and dancing! Afterwards, enjoy snacks together.
Snack is Back!
Tues., Apr. 11, 3 pm. Children in Pre-K through 6th grade, “hit” the books at the library and enjoy a healthy snack provided by WPL!
Tween Programs
I Bet You’ll Like Reading After This...
Sat., Apr. 22, 2 pm. Reading is not just books – Snapchat, Kik, graphic novels and movies count too! Join us for an afternoon of fun, interactive activities, and even a special guest!
Teen Programs
Sigma Club Youth Career Fair
Sat., Apr. 1, 12 noon. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity is hosting a job fair where young adults can meet black professionals from a variety of industries and discuss educational and career opportunities.

Cover2Cover High School Book Club
Mon., Apr. 24, 2:15 pm. Get together with friends and talk about the latest great read for teens; a new and exciting book is discussed each month – light refreshments will be served. This program will be held in the Willingboro High School’s MVP Room; all area high school students are welcome to attend.

Journey on the Underground Railroad
Thurs., April 20, 7 pm. Experience the Underground Railroad in these interactive programs presented by the Underground Railroad Museum of Burlington County.
The Early Bird Gets the Scholarship
Thurs., Apr. 27, 6:30 pm. Hold On To Education Foundation will teach teens and parents how to gain an edge when applying for college scholarships and financing.

Diabetes Empowerment Education Program
Mon., Apr. 3 & 10, 10:00 am -12:30 pm. Quality Healthcare Strategies offers the conclusion of a six week free diabetes self-management workshop, for those who have completed the first four sessions.
Writing Workshop with Michael B. Jackson
Tues., Apr. 4, 6 pm. Local author Michael B. Jackson, author of How to Do Good After Prison, Fatherhood and other books, will guide you to success in your writing. Enrollment is limited and begins at the Reference Desk on Mar. 21.
Sewing w/MK Designs
Mon., Apr. 10, 6:30 pm. Learn to make your own DIY gifts; items such as pillow cases, wrist bags, tote bags, mittens, scarves and other such items. No registration required. Come learn to sew @ the library!
Family History with Robert House and
Tues., Apr. 11, 6:30 pm. Willingboro educator and genealogist Robert House will guide us in exploring our family histories, taking advantage of the library’s new subscription to Register at the Reference Desk any time.

Free Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Screening

Nurse Peggy from Lourdes Medical Center will be at the Willingboro Public Library for two hours of free blood screening. Registration is not required.
